The Amazons – Black Magic

Black Magic premiered this Tuesday evening, the 14th, as HOTTEST RECORD IN THE WORLD, on Mistajam BBC Radio 1 show. After the ominous atmosphere of their previous single ‘Little Something’, ‘Black Magic’ takes a brighter, more playful approach to their revered alt-rock onslaught.
Strong playlist placement on Spotify, #11 placement within New Music Friday UK, additional New Music Friday placements across Italy, Portugal and Spain, huge exposure with a Top5 in ‘New Noise’, as well as good radio plays from Radio 1 and Radio X have rounded out a cracking week one.
The band are currently on tour in Europe, where they also performed “In My Mind” unplugged on 3FM in The Netherlands, before playing Paris tonight and then returning to homeland UK for the last leg, through several British venues.
